Most charging hiccups have a two-second fix. Here are the ones we answer every week; anything else, ask charge@rynd.pages.dev.
| Light flashes | Something metal is on the pad, or the phone is off-centre. |

| Slow top-up | Swap to the bundled 18W adapter; laptop USB ports are weak. |
| Watch not waking | Remove clasp pieces touching the puck. |
| Earbuds ignored | Only wireless-charging cases work on the pad. |
| Warm base | Normal; it throttles above about 104°F and keeps going. |
